Sometimes a simple adjustment in your life can help you rise out of that dark place you’ve sunken into. I want you to be GREAT! There fore i am providing you with tips to achieve your goals. Motivation is a temporary thing. However, i want to teach you something that is much more dependable. DISCIPLINE!
Get back to the gym. Start back working out. be consistent in doing so! How do you stop eating junk food, and clean up your diet? You say you want to build muscle, burn fat, well how do you accomplish these things if you can’t stick with something long enough to see the results? a fitness transformation doesn’t happen over night.
Your journey is important. Enjoy the ride, but be aware that the choices you make or don’t make will ultimately MAKE YOU!

I've been following him since july 2021. I am a homeschool teacher of 5 kids and his videos have helped me stay strong for the entire day since the school year started a month ago. I'm ready to work on getting stronger not just endurance for the day.
I used to do his workouts at night so that I can get to sleep. I have bad insomnia. now I can manage to wake up and workout because I started getting enough sleep. This alone has changed the way I manage my day. I am definitely more motivated since following him.
