Thank you for making this video – I am 38 and collected sports illustrated/ wcw /wwf magazines from 11 years old – I was always interested in the parallel between bodybuilders and those who would star in Wrestling federations – this has been a great insight..
I'm addicted to nicks videos. I think that fact that bodybuilding isn't on tv, makes it unique and even more interesting. It's great that we have nick to tell us about the history of bodybuilding. Nicks the best all day!
5:52 is that a 10 pack?
6:03 calves and legs so good that you can compare them to the freaks, this dude had an amazing lower body!!
interesting video.. thumbs up from this guy. And at 1:40 Sting looks just like Kevin Bacon in this picture
Wrestling really sucks now. No awesome characters
Ever notice how Grahams physique fluctuated , how many steroid crashes did he go thru ???
Damn John Cena was the enbodyment of THE CHAD
idk if this is supposed to be in an order of "worse to best" but having Tony Atlas at #6 is a crime.
From what I understand, Brian Cage from PWG (aka "The Man They Call Cage" from Lucha Underground) is also another guy who does bodybuilding shows, and he also used to be in the WWE's developmental program as Kris Logan. Buddy of mine who frequents PWG shows has hinted this is probably the reason he hasn't tried to get back into the WWE (he doesn't claim to be a natty guy at all).
Might be a lead to see just how much of a bodybuilding background the guy has.
1:55 looks a bit like Brad castleberry
This was a great video. Im not an avid follower of wrestling, however it was cool to see the history of a lot of these guys and learn a bit about them
Wasn't Lex Luger a pro bodybuilder?
Damn Cera was jacked for being natural!!!! Well natural is what they say.
You left out Ric Drasin
Is that Kevin Bacon on the right of the thumbnail?
@1:30 Steve/Sting as a bodybuilder looks like Kevin Bacon on steroids, lol.
Great list. I think guys like Tom Zenk and Brian Cage also competed, and both had/have great physiques.
Dona video about former NFL Players who became bodybuilders after their career…
Did either of the British Bulldogs compete in a bodybuilding show ? Always thought those too looked jacked as hell…
Thanks for naming superfly my favorite wrestler
Good
Achim Albrecht looked crazy!
John Cena got that shape in the marines
Question: I am planning to compete in natural bodybuilding and in the USAPL in the next year or two. So I’m a powerbuilder. I wanna get back into boxing which I did when I was younger. Will I lose muscle and lose my PR’s? I was wondering if you would have any tips on if I should do it or if I shouldn’t cause I’ll lose muscle and my PR’s. I’m looking for tips on how to keep my PR’s consistent and my muscle building consistent while doing the intense cardio that boxing consist of. I just turned 18 years old and I have 2.5 years of lifting under my belt.
if this picture site is the one way I can see the bare feet of these studs, as they do their BB posing, then thanks, I love their feet.   vickerstristan@gmail.com
Do a Video on Lex Luger and the Road Warriors
Sting wasn’t in the wwf
lol Superstar Billy Gram looks like he was the exact inspiration for "Super Macho Man" from the mike tyson's punchout franchise!!!
Sting's GYNO at 1:36
Great overview of these great men! But, where's the late Tom Zenk, Tom McGhee, late Kerry Von Erich , late Jerry Allen and Jim Powers?
I would think Chris Masters had the best physique in Wwe.
Looks like "Sting" has some gyno going on.
Looks like "Sting" had some gyno going on.
Looks like "Sting" had some gyno going on.
Sergio Oliva was and is still…, the greatest bodybuilder of all time. Name one better…
Rob terry looks a super jacked up Miz
Sting was big as the warrior at first. He got off the juice
Man Bobby Lashley should have competed
Once I heard jessie the body say about tony atlas’ calves: “they should be sued for non- support”
Superstar graham was the strongest guy at the original golds in Venice.
Of all the wrestlers past and present, the one who may have been a perfect bodybuilder would have been Rick Rude. Small waist, shredded physique, big arms and shoulders. What do you think???
Hope cena, lashley, batista, scott steiner, masters are in this vid
1:35 Kevin Bacon was a pro bodybuilder?
Rick Rude always looked like he was a bodybuilder.
Hey u left out Kamala
