Great workout. I woke up sore this morning from yesterday (not workout related) and this was right on time. Got me up and moving. However, I could not do some of the moves due to wrist injury.
DOES ANYONE ELSE NOT HAVE A MAT AND ALWAYS SLIP AND FALL WHEN THEY DO FLOOR WORKOUTS
This video was excellent. 9/10 times when I click on a ten minute workout even though I do longer than that, it is always focused on one part of the body. Leaving me feeling very unsatisfied.This was a mixture of everything and really burns all over. Great video!

Okay guys, tell me truthfully if anyone has done this workout, planning on doing it for the next month with my daughter I have a toddler a teen a job and 6 pets I need something to tone up before I do any traveling this year. My inlaws love to low key fat shame me.🙄 I'm only 185lbs and I'm a f cup with neuropathy on my left side from injurys and fibromyalgia so…i need a workout that's easy on my back.
