hi guys i am going to try this work out and try my best to update u guys today is my first day and i am already sweating like hell as i am really fat i cant do all the workout properly but i tried my best i will update my weight weekly . and thank u so much for this workout because of my studies i didnt have enough time but now i can spend 10 minutes u see

I'm 15,I actually do the full body bodyweight fat burning (30 min)almost 3 days and the cardio abs(30 min)on 4th day….
Its my term 1 exam in 5 days,so since I have to prepare for it and concentrate more on it,I'm doing this 10 min workout till my exam gets over,like its gonna be 2 weeks from now,i really want to workout but since its my exam and i don't want to miss my workout,I'm doing this for 2 weeks….

This really maked me feel strengthen, earlier I couldn't do hand stand yoga but after following your workouts I really just realized where I was lacking upon..Thanks Joanna your workouts are really effective and you are a nice instructor too💗
Very simple
Day 1-✅-Couldn't do it correctly though.
Day 2-✅Improved but still couldn't.
Day-3❌ I had school and I got late.
Day-4✅ Improving but had to take breaks in between
Day-5❌ I had an exam.
Day-6✅ I think I have really improved but those bicycle crunches kill me everyday.😶
Day-7✅ Sqauts have become easy for me but bicycle crunches are awful.
This is my first day doing this workout, and it was VERY difficult for me….but i know i will get stronger slowly. I'm 62kg right now and I am very disappointed with how fat i am for my age. I want to weigh at least 45 kg so wish me luck because it is a huge weight loss ….
