I did these types of workouts all the time a couple of years ago in high school and I lost weight. Now I'm getting back into it! Forgot how hard this workout is. I'm sweating so much! But like you always say, "It burns so good!"

this year, I have a final exam ..
so I'm gonna reorganize my time and my habits
I'm gonna wake up every morning at 5am .. workout by using teenage weight loss program from hasfit .. have a healthy breakfast .. revise all my lessons for about an hour befor going to school.. and I'll try to sleep early every day..
