Focusing on your voice during the workout distracts me from thinking about how much time is left. The workouts just fly by. Unhappy people leave rude comments.
Love this challenge and i LOVE how you talk through the workout. I use my phone and don't always look at the screen. I need your cues as to what's going on 😸

I've been doing workouts on Youtube for over 5 years and like to jump around from trainer to trainer to keep things fresh. That said, I have been sticking with your videos for over a month now because I really like and learn from your running educational commentary. Its actually what differentiates you from a lot of the other online trainers who use music or talk about random stuff. I love it and have learned a lot from your coaching. Keep it up! Plus, your voice is lovely and nurturing.

I am so excited! 🙂 As there are soooo many videos in your channel, I would like to ask if I can find somewhere a specific schedule for how many times/week I have to exercise each muscle group. I love the arms/thighs workouts, but I guess I need to exercise other muscle groups too.

I hate repeating the same move! and adding all difficult moves one after another, not a good move! There should one easy move but effective and one hard move after each other. But thank you so much, you have made so much easier for me to do these at home and don't drive on a daily basis to the Gym!

I just lost 7kg and I wasn't even consistent with these exercises you are legit a lifesaver guys this is for real. I don't know of there's a change nobody has commented about my body but wth.
