Hey Amy! Thank you so much for all your workouts. I know it’s been some time since you’ve had your baby but could you do a workout for postpartum knee pain?
I really enjoy working out to your videos better than gymando and les mills . I feel a bit lost without a gym now we been in lockdown for so long. Been trying to get a spin bike they impossible to get hold of in my country. Exercise is important or the mind body and soul. : ) Especially during these times.
I am fallowing her more than 4 years and I am so happy with her exercises 🙏💝 she is the best. I see on my body results.

No surprise that I love this workout as well as your others. It's awesome that you have so many short workouts that fit during a telecommuting break. While I really enjoy the cardio and strength training, I also like to stretch, and it's much easier with a full routine to follow–and all standing is icing on the cake! Much appreciated, especially these days, dear Amy.

I think that she talked to much during the exercises and the timing was weird because you were doing stretches for different amount of times overall I think she needs to talk less (because it made me unfocused ) and she needs to get the camrea angles better side need to fix the timer And how long we work for exercises
I like to do this while I’m cooking and have to stay in the kitchen…especially after a crazy day. Which can be every day with 8 kids…. Thank you Amy!!!
