I have a lot fat in my lower body?I did it and damn I was sweating crazily!!!!How much calories do you reckon one can burn from this workout?And how many days should I do it to atleast see some difference?

Nice change to exercise with no socks and shoes. My balance is awful. Need to do this more often. Challenging but good 👍

I absolutely love all of your recent 10 minute videos (love all your other videos also). For me they are really doing the trick to reduce my fat in my hips and glutes. I am noticing a huge change in my entire body even my feet! Thank you Lucy for all of your amazing videos it is a lifesaver for me.

This was a challenging workout for me and my balance 🥵
I did this yesterday. Loved it. But today I can hadly get up from a chair 😅 I guess I will have to do it every day for a month
What is this work out working is the butt too get a smaller butt and lossing weight to or is it the legs 🦵 or both I not sure how long do I do this work out for like in weeks or days or do I just have to keep doing for ever keep the weight off me please let me know I really like your work outs a lot

18th day if the Advent challenge and I hated the lunges. I suck at them. And that shows me I really have to practise them. DONE xx
