I’ve been doing this exercise for 5 days now along with a 7 minute full body workout. I’ve lost 4 cm around my waist and 3 cm around my stomach. I can start to see the smallness of my waist getting accentuated. Thanks Lucy .. None can beat your workouts 🧡

Explaining the importance and specific in this video has helped me to really focus on the "where". I like that this one seems very chill but I felt it very effective more so than other videos. And it Flys by. I struggle with the 7min ab but not this one! It's great lucy!

I've always hated floor exercises and jumping..these standing routines are perfect and so effective. I like that it's just 10 mins or so – any longer and I'd never have the discipline to do them daily..so far I'm managing twice a day though! Thanks so much:)

I tried very much from many videos but none of worked but when I started doing your exercises I saw change in lockdown I became fatty and I wanted to where a frock for my friend birthday when I did your exercises it fit on me and I,look very beautiful in that.thaks Lucy

Lucy, you are just amazing! I've been working out for like my entire life.. and your workouts are the ONLY effective ones! They DO work and I could see results in a snap of fingers! Once again, thank to your great work I've also been able to repair my diastasis recti after a hard emergency c-section. .

The fact that Lucy is barefoot in this one means i can play it without upsetting the neighbors. The ker- clunk of the gym shoes in other videos inhibits that. I know its lockdown etc but if i wear gym shoes indoors i have at least a yoga/ rubber mat between me and the hardwood to buffer the sound. That said i love these work outs, they have upped my fitness game & Lucy takes time to explain how our bodies work and the benefits of exercise which is a huge plus.
