If you eat just your breakfast dinner and tea healthily every day and that's all you have all day then you do this workout and any others 7 days a week how long will it take to lose weight on thighs and tone abs and bum? Helpppp

Hi Amy, excellent intermediate workout. i have been doing your beginner workout for last 18 months and lost 18 kgs (alongwith healthy diet and some other exercises). So big thanks for sharing, Just wondering how much calorie burn 1 set of this exercise gives?
