Not gonna lie, I pretended (to myself) that I didn’t know what was coming next in order to get a little break here and there. #mindgames I’ll keep working on this one until I can get through without breaks!

2 weeks in a row started with 10 minute heather cardio and finished with this plank challenge. Second time through the rotation plank almost killed me, but I grit my teeth and mad it through the burn! Thanks heather!

It's a tough little workout. Tougher when combined with today's back and triceps. Whoa!

Back & triceps followed by this….that was like some sort of cruel punishment 😂 my arms were shaking in those side planks! I paused after the first round & then carried on. It's a killer 🔥

no rest needed but definitely challenging. I need to work on my side planks. They are weak. Maybe a side plank challenge is up next.

That was great! No rest and was definitely feeling it, especially after doing arms before this. Your planks and push-ups are always done with impeccable form. Thanks, Heather! 🙂

That was challenging!I did this after 2 rounds of the kickboxing tabata workout. Nonetheless, I completed it with no breaks. I was shaking and would fall out the pose, but I kept pushing.I will definitely revisit this workout.

Plank challenge done ✅ paused after the first round & then carried on. My left shoulder is killing me so thought it'd be tough to get through but it wasn't too bad.

I've been doing your workouts from 16 months religiously. I started with the 12 week and now do the monthly calendar. I'm 56 and never thought I could transform so much much. I am in the best shape of my life. Thank you so much Heather for all you do xo

I love that one. It will be my new training for benchmark. This time I needed some moves to relax my shoulders. Wanna get stronger and go through this without relaxing time. 💪

I have been doing your wonderful workout for 2-3 months and I wanna say it is what I liked most of I had seen before. Thanks. For me it is dynamic and hard enough to exercise every day.
I can feel now how strong my shoulders and arms are. Thanks

The first week of the year I did your Express Hiit for four days. The first day, I had to take a break because I was so out of breath, by the third day I could do the whole routine. Now I am slowly migrating into the plank challenge, I am replacing a day of HIIT with a plank challenge each week until I am at four plank challenges for the week. The first plank challenge I chose to do every other for the first set and then 10 second breaks between each on the second set, that wasn't challenging enough but I am trying to ease my back into it. This week I am doing 2 days of Hiit and 2 days of plank. So today I did 20 second planks with 10 second breaks. It got challenging towards the end. I have one more HIIT and one plank this week and I will do 25 second planks and 5 second breaks and see how it goes. Next week is 3 planks and one HIIT. And hopefully by the time I get to the 4th week where I have no more HIIT and 4 days of plank challenges I will be at no breaks! Then I just need to figure out what 10 minute challenge I will integrate in with next. I like the gradual rotation of routines, I am hoping it will keep me from getting bored and continue to be motivated! Eventually I will do 20 minutes, but for now this is perfect. It has increased my energy and made me feel overall better. Thank you! I enjoy your format and oddly enough I have found that I appreciate the fact that the video isn't filled with "Great job!" "you can do it!" "Only ten more!", LOL And like others have mentioned, I appreciate the warm up and the cool down! It is so easy to bypass such an essential thing!
