Ummmmmm so I’m 3 minutes in and already out of breath. How?! Lol
I’ve been doing this 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I could hardly finish one round when I first started. I can do 2 rounds in a row now. One of the best cardio workouts I’ve found on YouTube. At least for me. Thank you!!

It's really disruptive to the workout to have one or two ads pop up in the middle of it. Maybe change your ad settings so it's not interrupting the video? You may lose more revenue than you gain, if people start swapping to videos that don't get broken up in the middle. 🙂
