This 10 minute workout uses one kettlebell to work the entire body for strength and cardio, using the tabata format or 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tighten and tone while burning calories and fat. Options for all fitness levels!

If I've never used a kettlebell before, what is a good size to start with? I do your beginner bodyweight cardio workout twice (back to back) holding 3 pound weights without too much trouble.

What weight kettlebell do you use?
Thanks for the video, I had my children over 20 years ago and this workout for my stage of life still works, I’m getting into a swing of things and this was manageable, thank you.
