Good work Joe 👍
Yeeees, sooo great your creating inklusive content with the Sign language thanks! I just thought to ask to add it and I check in on you and well there it is 🎉🎉
Good man! Great idea to have the sign language on too.
This is such a great idea, well done Joe!
Thank you!
Here in America we need more male interpreters. He is a really good interpreter. Good for the deaf kids in Quarantine.
Hi Joe, thank you for this playlist. I haven't been exercising for the last 3 weeks and find your workouts fun and easy to get into. I am not a gym bunny so was finding your normal daily routine a bit hard. The senior workouts (although I am middle-aged) are a lot easier to get into. Thanks so much! Cyndi from South Africa. (in our lockdown we can't even take the dog for a walk..)
Please give a huge shout out to Elodie – it is her b-day today! and also Isla training in bedfordshire!!
Max Thea and felicity in Sheffield doing your workout
Your the best
Brilliant thank you 🧚♀️
Hello joe
Thanks Joe I am recovering from a back injury and doing your senior work outs has definitely helped me. Keep up the good work
Well done Joe for adding subtitles and BSL. Thank you for thinking about deaf people.
Absolutely fantastic, I have sent this to both my deaf parents. Its great your thinking of the hearing impaired .
How long ago was this made
Thank you
Thanks Joe. This video is really helping as I am the beginner.
Shared this with my deaf parents who use sign language. They find a lot of Exercise classes hard to follow because they’re not accessible – thanks so much Joe!
Thank you Joe, 65 year old woman excercises I can do and feeling the benefit of it.
Brilliant thank you just received two of your books will be doing this twice a day from now on x
Joe Wicks energised my lockdown in NZ and my transition to online teaching and has inspired my renewed commitment to the kind of daily boost that workouts like this can give. I'd love to see more "start-your-day-with-energy" workouts like the senior workouts — I'm not quite a senior, but I love starting my day with something like this, and then taking on a more challenging workout later in my work-from-home day. More, please! (And a mini warm-up and cool-down stretch after wouldn't go amiss on these!) Thanks SO much for being you, Joe!
(Kristin, not Anton)
