Hi Joe, I've really enjoyed doing your workouts during this C-19 lockdown – a friend recommended you to me and I'm very thankful.
I have arthritis and consequently have sore joints, mainly my knees, not helped by the fact that I'm overweight! However, I'm trying to improve my flexibility and fitness and wondered if you could do a workout specifically for those of us, as the lass below (Jordan R), who struggle with joint issues. I've only been doing your workouts for a couple of weeks and can feel the benefit already – I row on an erg machine for 15-20 minutes a day, six days a week too but I'm really keen to do a workout that pushes me a bit more but doesn't impact too much on my dodgy knees, so I can eventually achieve weight loss and fitness, which will ultimately help my joints. Cheers 🙂
Here in Canada, my local Y is still closed. I'm enjoying your workouts. I'm 72 years young.
Joe really enjoying your workouts,is it possible to add some balance exercises or a balance workout.
Thank you, Joe for helping keep this oap sane x
Wow my fab mom has just done her first bit of exercise in 40 years!!!!!@@ well done 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤💥💥💥💥 thanks joe
What happened to this being a chair workout? From my understanding a chair workout consist of you working out from a seated position you had been standing up for almost the whole video working out and sat down a couple times.
This guy has done so much well done !!! PLEASE Jo …. Let me be your expert with seniors !!!
You are great guy wonderful with kids and fit folk the money you have raised is brilliant but this is not a good example of exercise for seniors . Consider range of movement in shoulder , osteoporosis in rotational movements , blood pressure high arms , speed of movement .
I teach lots of seated and supported and have several quals in this are . Seriously your great but this isn’t a good example of seniors exercise .
Great exercise for the upper body . However I have spinal injuries and standing up without a support is difficult . I get cramp like symptoms on on my leg/thigh hamstrings and calf muscles . I can manage stairs albeit slowly and with handrail support . Is there anything I can adapt for leg muscle “strengthening “ ? Thanks. Sorry I am male – using my wife’s iPad.
Hi Joe, I'm pretty fit for someone my age, been doing your PE sessions, but I sent this video to my Mum whose 85. She will listen to you! You bring a tear to my eye seeing all these lovely, well deserved comments. You're an amazing human being because you really care and it stands out a mile. Thanks for all you do ❤️
Stop watching after the 1st 2 because you weren't in a chair

Thanks Joe, back here as no swimming which I’ve done instead since late July. As a 74 yr old I’m so pleased to find your sets for seniors still online. A good start to the day.
Thank you joe wicks for keeping us fit😀
Thank you for your great videos for us seniors stuck at home, please do more of them for us 65 and older!!! Love you
Great workout Thankyou!
Shout out
Still going with this Joe in between my classes starting and stopping and stopping and starting.
Great start to every day. Particularly neck and upper back exercises where I m a bit creaky.
Hi Joe. Just a little note that you could add – for anyone with osteoporosis, twisting movements of the spine are not advised as it places the structure of the spine at risk. Side flexion is ok but twisting is risky
I’m searching and saving all these wonderful workouts for seniors so good of you do this
Just seen this thanks to martin Lewis,
Thank you ,"enjoyed " it 🙂
I do meetings and I’m six thanks a lot Joe
Fantastic video. Mum and me doing this everyday after her recent stroke. Thank you sir 🌈
Thanks Joe. Great to have another exercise routine. I’m currently suffering with plantar fasciitis and have to do all these seated. It would be great if you just went through that process as well. As in posture and sitting on the front of the chair so you can hold your core in.
Hey Joe…I've been doing 3-5 of ur videos for the last 4 days…im exhausted and exercising does not make me happy lol…but I find u very motivating and I keep coming back…I wish I lived close so I could attempt one of ur bootcamps…thanks for being awesome and for posting these videos to help ppl find their happiness!!
