Day 10- First time I didn’t do the workout in the morning, kept pushing it back and almost said I’ll do it tomorrow. Changed my mind now at 9pm and decided not to quit!! Already down 5kg at day 10, probably water weight but still nice to see.

I don't think many people can do this 10 minutes intense workout.

2 month of one 2 months if this one (on the second round of this one now) and I do NOT have the strength for those push up claps even on my knees
