Lost 2-4 kgs of weight, but I've gained quite a lot of visible muscle on my body. Pretty happy with the results. On to the 30 day challenge now!
P.S. this challenge really taught me to work through pain. Previously I used to take a rest day when I had some pain, especially when the pain was in the lower body.
I do most of these moves but i really thought i was lost the whole time 😅😅. That just boosted my confidence about stretching and added the extras i really needed. I subscribed and will check other videos. Thank you.
Love this channel. I’ve gained 15lbs in muscle weight this year! I have an extremely high metabolism and eat a high fiber vegan diet. I’ve noticed the difference in how my body looks and feels. I stand up straighter now than I ever have! I’m in better shape now than I was playing football in high school!

This guy is the real deal. My brother recently had a bad slipped disc and was afraid he could not do much for a while. I am going to recommend this to him as he is allowed to get back and start doing very simple stretches/light workouts. Thank you
