Wow, I am so glad I came across this video. I am School Security Officer and constantly moving, body tends to get tight, today after school was out I sat down and said I have to find a mobility routine to start loosing me up! So glad I came across this. I will be working on this throughout the week for the next or so, and check out what else you have to offer. I feel very good.
