Yeah I tired following these types of videos a while ago but I couldn’t so I developed an eating disorder , would not recommend the Ed but the workouts are nice
Hey Joe! Why 40/20 split? Personally, I really find 20 seconds is just not enough recovery time and, I would suggest, too little for most beginners. It doesn't matter if the session is 10/15/20 or god forbid 30 minutes 😰

Joe has this amazing gift of being encouraging without being annoying. I always feel better about myself after a workout with him. Thanks. I have low blood pressure and I had to build myself up to the ones you did last year. It thenI started getting affected by dizziness etc again. It so frustrating not being able to kelp fit. So I stopped. But this might work better for me. Is there are chance you could do exercise for people with low blood pressure? I've had it all my life and even as a kid it affecting me doing sports.

Don't you all hate 😡 copycats?. First he copied all the movements from Shaun T Insanity DVD. And now he coming out with a children book, copying David Willam's. No wonder he is rich! Making millions of two hard working guys. Doesn't he have a mind of his own?
This is excellent. A short workout but still intense enough to not be a cop out. A go-to workout for me when I am feeling sluggish.
