bro im a 48yo filipino currently in KSA since Apr2020 i started to save myself,i started at 214lbs by home exercises i guess only cardio,im now 180lbs its quite slow but im sure i lost fat,ladt march 2021 i stopped losing weight…whatz wrong?

Day #2 done. I did 2.5 sets of this today, shot for 3 sets but it's all I could do. I incorporate tricks such as the boxer skip, fast skip, double unders, cross overs, run in place, and at the last 5 seconds of each set I do high knees at maximum intensity. I also add 1kg to each leg and skip with that. I'm sweating buckets rn. Cheers💪

Day 3: I'm not feeling it today, tried but I'm too sore, I'll focus more on my recovery rn and come back tomorrow with a double set.

Day 3: screw it I pushed it. Did only one set tho. I was too sore but I didn't feel like taking a break just 2 days into a challenge. 1 set but I still did it, I'm still sweating. Consistency wins.

Day 4: today's workout sucked, got an asthma attach 6 minutes in, I was still sore and I kept tripping over the rope, not good intensity. Worked up a sweat but only did one set.
Day 4 ✅ but could've been better
Day 5: shin splints hitting hard. Taking a break today. Hope I can do tomorrow 💔

Day 2…I did better than the first day so there's some improvement already. Although I wasn't at the same speed I kept going.
I started doing jump rope for cardio and I've followed along other videos on YouTube that have been 20mins or 30mins. Came across this 10min video thinking it was a PIECE OF CAKE….. I underestimated it…… I'm definitely going to replace my other videos for this one!!!!! I'm POURING in sweat and out of breath BUT I'm pumped for another round or 2😉🤪
