Amy, you are a real breath of fresh air and inspiration. I have been having a lot of trouble getting motivated after a weight gain but I know I will only be healthier if I lose those 15 lbs, and working out with you is fantastic. The moves, cueing, and modifications are so helpful and I never feel unsafe following along. Your energy and encouragement are also awesome! I'm looking forward to being able to "level up" to longer, more advanced workouts as I progress. Thank you so much for bringing accessible workouts and a fun, realistic attitude to fitness! 💪👟

Did it!! Used two dumbbells for the row to mountain climbers. Especially liked the weighted side lunges, alternating, works well for my knees!!
