I thought I hated Pilates–the only floor routines I've tried hurt my neck and back horribly. But this I loved! Great workout that got me sweating and breathing hard, but short enough to fit during a work break from my telecommuting job & easy on my joints. Thank you, Amy!!

I LOVE this workout!!! It's great for fitting in some quick cardio. I've got two daughter's 5 & 3 who keep me very busy! This workout is a great fit for a mommy like myself who wants to work up a good sweat with not a lot of time to do it. I've been subscribed & doing Body Fit By Amy workouts for 3 years now. Still loving this one after a month, it's a favorite for breaktime on no weights days. I'm thrilled that I've worked up to 2 arms on the plie move, and my pace is sometimes faster than yours. My knees still can't get really low, but I know I'm lunging a little deeper than I used to. Thanks!

I really enjoyed this this was great for someone who had former injuries a while ago and was still having some difficulty often on over the past few years my handles my ankles and arches are healing and healthier and this is good because it doesn't cause much strain at all

Perfect afternoon movement break!
I do the calendar workouts in the morning and a 10 minute workout in the afternoon for a movement break. I love them all but this might be my favorite. It looks so gentle and easy but it really gets my heart pumping. ❤️
