The first YouTube workouts that are made in the past were by Blogilates, I stopped for a couple of years because I wanted something new, but LET ME TELL YOU…no other workout is exhausting me like this 🥵🥵💪💪💪I am back with blogilates 💕💕
This was awesome! Started working out today after several months and this got my sweat dripping on the mat 😅
Does anybody do so much thinking that they get burnt out and give up before they even start working toward a goal?

I hate you cassey! This is the hardest cardio pilates i have ever experienced. I love you all the way

Starting off late, had to bring my daughter to the Dr.
omg i love doing these workout but feel unsatisfied when i dont make it till the end. But its okay i'll get there one day 🙂 ahhh im sweating so much! (>_<)

My 5 year old daughter did this with me. Not all the right posture lol but she did it
Just finished the workout its hard but her talking made me motivated
