Yesss!!! Loved it! I fell off the movement wagon for about a month now and planned to make myself get back on today but the full moon last night kept me awake all night so I just wasn’t in the mood! I saw this 10 min workout and decided to do it and I am so glad I did!

Found you this week may 17th 2022 love your low impact as I’m older lady who’s never worked out and had two knee replacements so I can’t do the on my knees bits it’s painful even with a thick mat, so more shorter easy ones not involving jumping or getting on knees would be fab. Thanks
