Near the beginning she said nice strong punches but you got to not work so hard on the hard punches because it will worn you out quicker so you need speed but don't forget to breathe !!!!!!!

5:43–6:14 do we need to do the arm movement too? Or could we just keep them still?
I'm a beginner and enjoyed this up until the last three minutes when it became hard to follow along with.
