You mentioned that this is a good workout add-on. It’s also helpful if you haven’t been able to exercise for awhile and are getting back into it slowly. Or repeat it 2-3 times, using weights for a great leg workout.

I seen results in about 2 weeks. This actually work if you’re consistent. I did this work out every Monday-Thursday.

Y'all got a new follower. This is the first thing that popped up in my search engine and I'm already far more exhausted than I am with my usual 10 minute workouts. I look forward to seeing the results. I can do squats all day but lunges just kill me right now.

Ive being doing this one and plus the other 10 mins workout and its been great. The two combined target every.single part of legs and its toned em so neatly and its relatively knee.friendly

Kelly does such a great job. I always look for her videos when I need to get a quick burn. These videos are especially great when you’re trying to get back on track with your fitness.
