You mentioned that this is a good workout add-on. It’s also helpful if you haven’t been able to exercise for awhile and are getting back into it slowly. Or repeat it 2-3 times, using weights for a great leg workout.

I seen results in about 2 weeks. This actually work if you’re consistent. I did this work out every Monday-Thursday.

Thank you thank you thank you fitness blender! I always had a big butt but now I'm losing weight I lost my butt and had a booty do ( my stomach sticking out more than my booty do lol) but now doing this workout I got the booty back!!!

Y'all got a new follower. This is the first thing that popped up in my search engine and I'm already far more exhausted than I am with my usual 10 minute workouts. I look forward to seeing the results. I can do squats all day but lunges just kill me right now.
