Love your seated workouts after knee surgery. Could you possibly make a seated abs workout – hard-core! ❤️

Thanks so much Amy, I have been doing this for a couple of months now following a broken pelvis and it has helped so much, no more flabby arms! You rock Amy!

I hope you see this and reply. How many reps are we going for on each exercise. I tried counting what you were doing but because of having to explain things you were all over the place on rep count. I’d say the average appears to be 15. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am so thankful for these video's. I weight over 400lbs and am just getting started exercising again. Use to be an every day exerciser. But then I was diagnosed with fibro, lupus, C.O.P.D. and have stage 4 arthritis in every joint. And my mom passed. And honestly i just have up on my self. But I'm really trying to get back into it again. And these seating videos really help. I love that I can do them within the safety of my home . God bless and thank you.

Most of these bands are useless (to me) because they offer so little resistance bestgym.equipment I only use the black band, which is the highest resistance band. That being said, I think this is a really great set for beginners or for people just trying to increase their range of motion. Even when I'm scared that they're going to stretch or snap, they go right back to their original size. I think they will wear with time, but that's a given with any resistance band.
