Ok.Well, I LOVED Popsugar when I just found them. NOW, I am really, really feeling my skin crawl when ANNA constantly CONSTANTLY does these "grunt-like, laughing, non-stop cheesy whining" sounds.
FIRST of all, umm…we know these workouts are not THAT hard, especially for them. It is probably felicitous for them to feign it being difficult …they need to relate to the viewers who may be struggling to keep up. * They don't want to intimidate their audience, so yes, I get that. BUT she does OVER does it a bit.
Secondly, the constant smile on Anna's face. Girl, get real. I have been working out for over 15 years on a regular basis. NOBODY I know smiles that way during a workout. I tried it for fun at the gym the other day when I was making fun of Anna. I just walked around with this huge grin on my face: I think my peers thought I was drunk.
Anyway, ILOVE when POPsugar has the guys on. But Anna, PLEASE! Watch yourself a few times and I am sure you will see what an idiot you look like.

No offence – my first impression is he's a moderator and the ladies are gym ripped. Ones paid to whine the others not. I know which role I d choose… – Camera, table with cam & fancy fried toasted butty. Poor guy reminds me of the girls YEARS bk, learning they ve been conned b4 agreeing. He prob slept like a log n had strained muscles for 3 day's. Presently he sits night after night trying in vain to delete this video. To no avail. Mu ha ha
OMG Mr. Brandon is amazing job with 10 minute challenge to me to get back on shape. He's adorable instructor to help with other clients who served God with me! So my body be on fire & nailed it.
I love that even he was human and had to drop the weights at some point. I needed to as well ahaha. But it was good for the arms and shoulders.
All of this was terrible for me lol.
