This was so perfect to blend in after a cardio & core HIIT workout from you guys. I felt like I didn't let my core burn enough but after this, I' m so ready for this cooldown + cold shower afterwards. I love you guys so much.
I will start updating. I'm doing this everyday along with HIIT 3 times a week and strenght training 3 times a week (1 rest day). Today was this + Kelly's brutal lower body workout.
I'm starting at 65 kgs.
