i always give up quickly so I will comment every day how I'm doing for motivation (sorry for bad english but im polish)

day1: lmao i think im dying, my arms hurt so much, i did all 10minutes, I only rested when Cloe said we had a 5-second break. i hope that tommorow it will get a bit better.

day2: i couldnt see the difference, it was similliar to yesterday. maybe my arms hurted a bit more
day3: i think my arms are getting used to the exercises. at first day i had to stop 4 times for few seconds because my arms hurted so much. But now i only stopped for one time at the end!!

So the first time I did this, the C-rotations alone was painful, now I can get through the whole 10 mins. Still hurts by the end but at least it doesnt hurt at the start anymore.

Okay so i've been doing this since the past 3 days. So I decided to update here daily, I hope that will keep me going ^^;

I am going to do it until I get my desired results. So 2 weeks is just an estimation and I'm sure that I will be able to see the difference in the upcoming days, like in the end of the 2nd week.

I can't believe, I can see the difference. Those curves are getting more and more defined. Also my arms look slightly slim. Keyword : slightly.
Day 4 : ✓ didn't take extra breaks today. My arms are on fire lmao they are burning as hell, but it's OKAY, Namjesus is giving me the strength I need.

Day 1 : had lunch and dinner only. I had pomegranate for dinner.
Day 2 : ate twice in those 24 hours.
Day 3 : had lunch and dinner.
(No I'm not skipping breakfasts, it's just that I don't wake up early in the morning.)

Breakfast : 3 French toasts, I was hungry, okay? ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

Great workout. I found when you do these more slowly, it seems like more muscle is engaged verses momentum that comes from just swinging arms rapidly. I really felt the burn and the next day knew my arms had a workout just by slowing down the movement. Thank you Chloe!
