I would recommend you try the no bands booty workout version for a week or two until you find it easy, then progress to using resistance bands. Day 1:done
If you're on day 6 of chloe ting's rwo weeks shred workout, so am I. I thought it's impossible to do the four workouts but taking a break and dividing it in two's reallyyyyy works. Do 2 and then rest, then come back like 15-30 mins later. Make sure you don't go to your bed if not you'll sleep off or get too tired. Stay kinda active during the break.

Day 2✅ it felt good but still burned a lot
Day 3✅ REST DAY
Say 4✅It was easier this time i think my body is getting used to it
Day 5✅did this with daisy keech's butt workout and im feeling like im about to die
Day 6✅ i got used to it and didnt see much change and i also started eating more and healthier!
Day 7✅ THERE ARE RESULTS my side b00ty is building and my hip dips kinda faded a little it is now: 81.9cm
so it does work!

В последнее время я сильно набрала вес -7 кг 😅

От- 66 см
Об- 93 см
Обхват ляжки – 56см
Вес- 55.6 кг
Имеются очень заметные ушки на бёдрах 😥😥😥
Буду делать упражнения на пресс, низ живота и вот эту тренировку. В течение 1 месяца😀😀😀 Так же постараюсь пить больше воды и немного ограничить размер порции еды.
1 день ✅✅✅ это было не легко, но я справилась. Правда делала дополнительные перерывы. Так же сделала растяжку для шпагата. А так же массаж щёткой

I can say i am FITT . I don't use resistance bands nor eating a lot of protein and stuffs. I am also 13 year old . So proud of myself
Aww just finished this vid as the final video in the 5-week booty challenge! 😢 I didn't follow the schedule exactly because I only worked out on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays but I started to notice a difference by at least the 3rd week. It's not that my butt is now overly huge but there's definitely a more peachy shape, there's a baby 'ledge' starting to form lol, and it's got a cute jiggle. But this is the first bit of muscle building training I've done all year cause I spent the rest of the year doing cardio, so I'm excited to keep going and see what happens long term. I'm definitely gonna incorporate a booty workout at least once a week moving forward.

Its been 35 days now but still ain't work but the lower part of the hip gets bigger maybe I didn't do it right.
But how do we know when to do it because you can’t work for the same thing every day I wanna know how much to do it

day 1: a lot of the exercises were really confusing to me ;-; which made this rlly hard but I got through it and hopefully I can do better tomorrow. I'm not doing the program just this video for now
