Another dumbell workout for you guys, this time a chest workout! If you don’t have dumbells, feel free to DIY dumbells for now with water bottles and all you need to do is increase the weights over time as this workout progresses so it can suit beginners to more advanced.

WILL DO THIS STARTING FROM TODAY
DAY 1 – SO FAR SO GOOD, I GOT 2LB DUMBELLS AND IT IS INDEED AN INTENSE WORKOUT I FEEL LIKE MY ARMS ARE SHAKING AND WOBBLING AFTER I DID IT BUT IT IS NOT THAT HARD.
DAY 2 – MY ARMS ARE STILL A BIT ACHING FROM DAY 1 BUT I'M MUCH MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE WORKOUT WHICH MADE IT EASY FOR ME.
DAY 3 – I ACTUALLY DID THE WORKOUT AT A LATER TIME BECAUSE I ATE MY ONE MEAL A DAY LATER AFTERNOON. BEFORE THE WORKOUT I CAN FEEL MY AREMS AND AB AREA SORE BUT ONCE I DID THE WORKOUT IT FELT REALLY EASY NOW. IDK HOW/WHY BUT WHEN I LIST THE DUMB BELLS, IT ISN'T THAT MUCH OF A PROBLEM FOR ME ANYMORE. AND THER PUSH UP AND PLANK ARE ALSO TOLERABLE FOR ME. WILL DEFINITELY SEE IF THERE'SD ANY RESULTS ON THE 5TH DAY.
DAY 4 – SKIPPED BECAUSE I HAD A LOT OF ERRANDS AND SO TIRED AFTER.
DAY 5 – DID IT TWICE AFTER A 6 HOUR TIMEFRAME, AND IT WAS MUCH EASIER AND LIGHTER TO DO ALREADY. THE BODY ACHE IS ALSO MUCH BETTER.
DAY 6 – I WAS ACTUALLY SICK THIS DAY BUT STILL WAS ABLE TO FINISH THE WORKOUT, IT FELT SUCH A BREEZE EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT FEELING WELL
DAY 7 – IT WENT SMOOTH AS HECK, AND I CAN SEE THE IMPROVEMENT AFTER A WEEK. WILL STILL DO THIS AND MAKE THIS A PART OF MY DAILY WORKOUTS.

This is misinformation only watched the first two and the second one is a front set exercise which is you shoulder this won’t build ur chest effectively
This is my first day doing these exercises and I have to say the planks up and down have been quite a challenge, so I didn’t do them. Although, I will try again tomorrow. I don’t want to give up but I also don’t want to push myself to much knowing I don’t exercise at all.

I have something to ask. Is the workout for the reduction of the breasts' size, or it is for the procurement of the weight of the chest? I am asking because my breasts have slightly shown the opposite effect of what I was hoping for. It is for the reduction in size I suppose.
