We should try drinking 2 cups of water with 2 tbsp. Of apple cider vinegar 2mins. before exercise, it will help you to sweat a lot. While doing this exercise , I am sweating as if someone is spraying water on my face and water is dripping so fast I had to stop for a little to wipe those with towel,iTs funny sometimes cause I almost taste those sweat I am just wiping it fast 🤣🤣

Day one to three progress

Short look up:
I was doing Chloe Ting May 2021 workout and saw some results for 2 weeks… Then stopped then continued on Christmas break (Saturday day 1)but I wanted to try different workouts of hers (Day3)so here I am.. 4 days till Christmas and I'm trying to get slim as I can so I'm doing this until December 24 morning and update you on how effective this is.. doing this everyday for 30 days and updating yall ! (my journey, with details)

day 1: it was okay, some exercises were hard to do but it’s fine bc not everything will work out on the first try!
day 2 : when i woke up today my hip muscles were hurting but that’s normal, i can feel the burn. today went a bit easier!
day 3 : skipped because i was busy
day 4 : today was a lot easier. some exercises were still hard for me but that’s fine, i will get there 🙂
day 5 : i skipped today cuz i was busy
day 6 : skipped because i went out 🙁 i did do some small workouts today tho!
day 7 : completed ! had to pick up my pace again, bunny hop was the only one bothering me
day 8 : completed, it went good
day 9 : completed, easy
day 10 : completed

I just completed this workout for 30 days (1month) and guess what….this hella works….i got to see not a big but yes i got to see changes my stomach got toned….and i gained muscles too…..wohooo good luck y'all!!!!

I am starting my weight-loss journey. I have been trying to lose weight for 3 years but always I failed. But this time I am very determined.

Starting date : December 28, 2021

Weight: 64 kg / 141 pounds
Belly: 92 cm/ 36.2 inches

I'm starting 2019 Flat Belly Challenge today.

Here are my measurement at the beginning of the challenge:
Weight: 70,1 kg
Bust: 99,5 cm
Waist: 82,5 cm
Stomach: 96,5 cm
Hips: 100 cm

Goal: idk, -2 kg would be nice but any progress is good given it's holiday season and I have plenty of food left = no calories deficit for me haha

Day 1 (Dec 27th): Completed. I didn't realize the full body work out include warm up so I ended up having two warm ups today lol
Day 2 (Dec 28th): Done
Day 3 (Dec 29th): It was supposed to be a rest day but I rly want a rest day on New Year's Eve so I just did day 4 today
Day 4 (Dec 30th): Did a day 5 work out
Day 5 (Dec 31st): Rest day for a day 3
Day 6 (Jan 1st): Done
Day 7 (Jan 2nd): Rest day
