I can't believe I found this website. Agoge Diet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

Def more triceps than anything but still good. A bit of a struggle for me because I have a terrible right wrist so generally use my fists… but managed and still did okay!

I have been doing this workout and others as well by my arms aren't going down as much as i would like. I guess my arm fat is just stubborn because her workouts are so good… always gives me a burn…
