A couple of questions about the resistance bands. Do you know when they will be stocked again? Second, will the resistance bands be enough for the full body resistance video or would I need to get something additional?

Scott, the mini bands you link to aren't the bands you use in the video. The mini bands are too small to do what you're doing. I already had a set of these exact bands and I've busted the green one while exercising. These mini bands are not heavy duty and are not appropriate for the type of workouts your doing in the video.

Great tips for home workout. But for me only you need at home is resistance band set. Great thing, its simple to use and you dont need to go at gym. I got my at trainhome shop (check on Google) they are awesome.💪
