Thats a good one! No jumping workouts are for me, due to close neighbours, folks at home, etc. Also, easier on my 54-year-old joints. I cannot master kick-thru's!! I think it's also because I have very little space. So I substituted mountain climbers for the last set. Thank you!

Loved this workout! Could we have a longer knee-friendly, low impact cardio video? Something in the 20 min range? I suppose I could just repeat this twice, but I think a 20 min one (with less repeats) would be more fun 🙂

This was wonderful! I was definitely sweating and breathing hard by the end – I worked, for sure. I could not get the coordination right for the kick-throughs, so wound up substituting that with a kicking/punching exercise. Thanks, Maddie!
This is the first exercise I did since I had COVID, and woww it was a challenge, I couldn´t do the whole time but it´s a good start to get back my shape and health! My cardio sucks rn haha

If the workout is with a dumbell, then it isn't a no equipment workout. The exercise doesn't make any sense without the dumbell. Why not just do that workout in an equipment workout?
