Thank you SO much for this, I´m around 200 lbs so finding begginer workouts is hard because even those are so hard nearly imposible por me to do and that sometimes makes me feel without motivation but this workout was perfect, I could do all the exercises and even though they burned I was able to do all of them. The lower impact workouts are so good for me. This was difficult but I finished it and I’m so excited! I find that the ones that include jumping are way too intense for me just starting out. This is going to be a great way for me to workout in my time apartment, thank you!

This was a very good workout however the ads have the worst timing ever. One of them was in the middle of one of the moves. Other than that I’m going to be feeling this tomorrow. By muscles burn so good right now lol.
