What exercise/s can I do to strengthen my lower back in order to do these? Or do I do what I can and then my back will get strong as I go? My back goes into spasm, which leaves me useless for days. Any suggestions?

I do this routine after your cardio insanity exercise ,but im unable to cope up with the pain in my thighs and lower abs,so i don't really finish this workout. Any tips coach?
