Hey coach! Started today with the 30 days of a new begin for me. I didn't knew my cardio was this decent not to brag orso but i'm really happy i finished the first day of class. After 4-5 mins i started feeling the pain again in my calf muscle i had a tear muscle. Anything i can do so this won't keep happening? Thanks and good luck to you all who are starting.

Hello there! This is the first time I have worked out since last year. I weight 196 5'7". I hope to lose fat and this is a great start and this was a great motivation to get me moving still.

It may be a low impact workout, but it sure has a very high impact on my mood and productivity. This is exactly what I need!!! 10mins before doing a yoga stretch video. Please do more low impact and for the physically challenged (disabled) meaning not being able to exercise as a normal person, but something like this, with and without weights and or theraband exercises. Your teaching and details are so good but you're not in time with the music. It's somewhat annoying and takes away from the quality.
