Scott when he's done the video " Lets go push some heavy weights now " haha Great video , I wish I had a home gym like yours ! Some of these exercises I do already at home!
I do this as a leg warmup every day! Love it!
Looking Huge Bro, keep it up
Thanks for the Workout !! 👍
That exercise at 6 mins what's going on your lower back is arching a lot, i thought anything like that you brace your abs and keep your back to the ground.
Bro! PULL WORKOUT!!
scott, this is easy compared to the Push workout hahahaha
I thought Scott was going to jump through the ceiling on the first exercise
Brah that neck veins make me uncomfortable, but in a good way!
Scott, what was the site for resistance bands and discount code? Thanks.
Great part II of the series! I must admit this was difficult for me especially trying to do it back to back. Super home workout!
LOVEEEE ITTTTT
Gave myself rug burn!!! But it was worth it!! I’m okay!! Lol. Thank you for this, and it totally helped that u r only wearing short shorts, I love my body but seeing urs is loads of great motivation to work harder. 💪🏽
I've been using this workout for 3 weeks and I just noticed at the beginning of the video you just pulled out the Tupperware tops from your gluteus 🤣
Hey Scott I've followed you for over 8 years on YouTube but I had a quick question I hope you'll see. I did a bulking routine starting last fall and I got to the size I wanted to be. It was a challenge as a hardgainer but I did it. However, I would only like to grow my biceps a little bigger as well as my legs. I really don't want my chest or anything else really to get any bigger. I lost a whole wardrobe due to gaining mass haha. Anyways, now obviously I would just do what it takes to maintain my current physique which I know how to do. Do you have any tips for someone like me who wants to grow only a couple specific areas (for me again it's the biceps and legs)? Thanks so much. God bless and hope you're staying safe and healthy from the virus.
Hamstring floor curls are great.
My cardio is not meant for this😂
It works. I literally threw up just watching the pulsing squats part
I'm going to ask you again will I get in trouble if I pull my shirt up and cool off in a gym after lifting weights?
This is cardio ?
After following his routines I’ve seen results in as little as two weeks! Scott Herman is the ONLY YouTube fitness instructor i trust. His routines and advice is legit!! Trust me I’ve tried his workouts for years and they are the only ones that get me as sore as I desire.
This is awesome! Do you think I could do the leg curls without the slider? I use your other method from the video you made with anabolic alien a few years ago.
What are hadwood floors and capets???
Why are the rest-seconds faster over then the training-seconds? … x.x
Great workout, if you want an extra challenge swap out the curtsy lunge for a single leg squat , and the alt toe touch for a squat hold. Just rewind the vid to alternate legs on the single leg squat
Haaaaaaaaaaaah
– me, 2020, after finishing my first follow along exercise video
Not sure if I was roaring in self-congratulation, or gasping for air.
3 rounds as a starter! thanks for the nice workout Matt!
Thanks for posting these workouts. I was going to do the leg one this evening but decided to create a custom shoulder circuit with the small dumbbells and plates that I have and following the 30 second on/10 second rest setup. Shoulders are now on fire. Can’t wait to see what happens with legs 😂
Thank you Scott for making this !
Before the workout: "I love you Scott"
During the workout "I HATE YOU SCOTT!
After the workout "Thank you Scott!"
I'm doing these workouts with my 5 and 7 year old daughters. Now before every workout, they say 'Let's get STAHHHHRTED on the CAAAAAHHHHRPET!' in our living room. Thanks Scott!
Scott, I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for your channel. I've been struggling to have discipline during this quarantine, especially when it comes to exercises, and find your channel was a blessing. I can see myself progressing already. Thank you so much 🙏🏾💪
Thanks to you I'm going to emerge from this lockdown in better shape than I went in. People won't recognise me. With my ripped physique and coveard people will think ive gone into the woods and fought with bears!
Thanks, Scott! I do this workout to supplement the compound movements of my “home gym” leg day like the barbell front squat and deadlift because I don’t have the leg press, leg curl, etc at home. I have to do the front squat because it’s lighter than my max back squat and I don’t have a squat rack.
My already weak legs have taken a harsh hit during the gym closures. Definitely gonna implement this several times a week!
Do not underestimate this workout! I made it through 4 rounds and I was pooped
Anyone reading the comments to see if this works?
Scott..!! I think I probably did it wrong, but it appeared less intense for me.. May be it's because I started doing this after an intense 9 weeks home full body routine
Scott where can i get those shorts man?!
Did it 3 times and am paralyzed
tomorrow i'm going for 3 sets of the "lower body Tupperware warrior" workout
I'm not gonna lie this was way to easy brotha… But this is only because I did your Lower Body 1,2,3 and Upper Body 1,2,3… Your workouts helped me make gains now im 5'11 and 165… Idk where to go from here though… What else should I do? (I'm training for basketball btw).
Make a 1 hour full body workout
Excellent video. Thank you.
Sick workout man! I’m covered in sweat! 💪🏼💯👊🏼
My 6 year old sister did this 6 times and this guy is pretending he did it 8 times. He can obviously do it like 50 times.
Easy mostly and thankss
no equipment workout…..starts to mention equipment..
Another tip, my floor is common ceramic, I used little paper cart squares (if it helps anyone 🙂)
What muscles does each exercises get?
