Just wanted to say i've been working out for about a month and a half, and beside loosing 4 kg (8 pounds) , everyone I see tells me I am in great shape! also I am a gymnast so the fat I had turned in muscle, that is why I didn't lose much weight. Absolutely no workouts I try trigger my UPPER inner thighs. I'm a gymnast and my legs are strong and pretty toned below my knees and on the sides but my inner thighs are gross 😭
I feel like even though I am trying to focus more to my thighs, I do most of the exercise with my knees… any tips? :')
