Agreed Maddie is a great personal trainer I love the detailed descriptions of the moves because it’s always hard to watch and do the exercise at the same time so the audio description really helps with learning the routines! Love this wake up routine because I struggle with doing intense workouts before my muscles have really warmed up🥶🥱…would love more of these style, thank you for all your hard work developing these!

Thank you, this is honestly the most efficient morning workout! It's not too easy, not too hard too, if you follow the instructions there are no injuries! I haven't exercised in like. 10 months. really struggled with motivation because everything seemed so difficult and long and i would end up quitting halfway through. but this one felt doable to me except for the situp move. i hope to work my way up through madfit videos. thanks maddie!
