This „Full Body Cardio“ Routine is
▸ not as extreme as my HIIT videos
▸ filled with fancy-schmancy exercises. If you are fed up by basic Jumping Jacks and High Knees, you will like this one!
▸ sweaty and definitely gets your heart rate up, but it won’t kill you
▸ a mixture between cardio exercises, strength movements and active rests (Planks)
PS: no Jump Squats, no Burpees!! … but lots of Roll Ins haha
▸ calories burned are between 60-110kcal, depending on your weight, height & fitness level!

I love the roll in combos!! Always have twists in every workout. I love it!
Irgendwie nichts Neues! 20 Übungen hintereinander abgespuhlt, Musik wahllos dahintergelegt, fertig! Musik passt überhaupt nicht zu den Übungen! Cardio braucht Power. Mitten in einer Übung ein Songwechsel- das geht gar nicht. Bei fast 8 Mill Fallowern erwarte ich etwas anderes! Pamela, vielleicht solltest du dir mal was Neues überlegen. Langsam haben wir schon alles in 100fachen Varianten gesehen.
Hands down one of the mosttttt hardest and intense workouts ever. I can't even move the way she moves her legs. Respect

How many calories?
I definitely hate the roll ins+ whatever, I don't have enough time to switch from roll ins to the second move. Makes my tailbone hurt so much.

The trick to do this video is, turn off the sound, ie mute the video.
Then you can finish it. I was following 45 sweat version. This is the last video. Gave up in the middle. As soon as I mute the video, I got my full energy back. Same goes for most of other Pamela videos. The pace is too slow. The song is sweet but not ideal for exercise.
Exception: dance video. Clearly she checked the rhyme and melody for them.
