I do about 4 cardio gym classes a week plus I dance 6 hours a week, I was wondering if I would still see results if I did this 4 times a week for only one round? Anyone have an idea

Your workouts are great but like everyone else that’s been commenting, you need to have breaks in the middle because you aren’t doing the full workout time if you take 10/30 seconds to move positions
