I must be honest. This glute activation is harder than my whole booty exercise routine.
Dag 1 (brugt elastik medium)
– fokus på langsomme kontrollerede bevægelser med 'mind-muscle-conection
– lavede bridge/hipthrust med to ben
– lavede lunge til løftet ben ret langsom og ikke i en flydende bevægelse (i eget tempo)
– på alle fire med enkelt benløft (hjalp at have elatik under det knæ der rørte jorden så det ikke gled så meget rundt)
– lavede bridge/hipthrust i eget tempo (elastik krøllede lidt op)
daf 2:
– idag var det sværre at aktivere 'glutesne'
