Hi Mad, whenever im doin Wiper (5:00) i found myself moving downwards my mat.I always hv to adjust myself back to my initial position. how come?did I do it wrongly?

This is not good for beginners. Way too difficult. So many ways to hurt your back and neck or knees when your abs are weak. What they are in the beginning !

I'm new here n I reallllly like ur energy and vibe but ngl this was to hard for a beginner like me . Did we have to stretch before this ? Cus I couldn't even put my legs up straight in a _| position 😭 but I followed through best I could till the end 👍🏻

Im 115 lbs 5'6 and this workout absolutely killed me. Just goes to show that weight does not necessarily relate to being healthy/strong/fit. I may be skinny in societies standards but I'm far from being in shape. Thanks for the video! Going to keep working on my core

I like this one.. it isn't too hard and great for days like today where I've already done a 30 minute workout and I want to do an abs routine, but my arms are dying ! Not many plank variations in this, so its perfect !

Great workout and instruction. Reverse crunch and leg raises are still too advanced for me though so I repeat the previous exercise when they come on.

I know this is old but I love your workout here. I was wondering, I broke my tailbone in childbirth so it’s super painful for me to do a lot of these and I was wondering if there was a way I could add padding under my tailbone without it hindering your awesome workout here. Thank you in advance!
