So I haven't worked out since I left karate which was about 4 years ago I'm now 17, 5' 11" and about 160lbs mostly fat little muscule, I can do about 10 decent push ups (something I've never been good at) before having trouble and about 15 till I collapse what workouts are good for me to lose fat and what are good to gain muscle my arms aren't the problem it's my upper legs, chest, and abs that have the most fat. I really want to shape up so any tips are nesscary not really looking for major muscle gain just more of it being there so I'm a bit stronger and don't feel as fat ya know?

Thanks for this. I'm a big quitter and really lazy. When I started doing this it wasn't so bad and after a few days I piled on more. Now my legs aren't killing me so much anymore and I'm on the fast track to intermediate! 👊🏾💪🏾
