Hello, I don't know if you are still answering question to this video but I like to ask a thing.
I have been able to do the exercises (struggling), but my thigh has been sore so I can't squat properly ( my fault for not taking leg training seriously before), can I do half a squat in the first exercise until my thigh is feeling fine again?
