Time to dust off the dumbbells that’d been sitting in your closet for the last few years! Now in the video I’m only using 10lbs dumbbells and completing two rounds. But if you want to make the routine even more intense, have a few pairs of heavy dumbbells around and push yourself to complete 3 – 4 rounds!

The burpees in the body weight workout video really helped my stamina and endurance, now I finish this work out less exhausted

I have done this workout a couple dozen times at this point, I double up, two times through (four circuits/rounds total), 20s the first time, 30s the second time, except for the raises, where I drop to 10s. And I chuck in an extra set of either tris or bis at the end of each circuit. With 30s, I am absolutely gassed at the end (fourth round) and am sweating like Scott Herman driving a camaro through a minefield.

Mmmm Sorry Scott i trust u and all , but is the weight light enough to do Push up Row , Biceps Curl with or it's heavy enough to do a Squat with ?
or it's not for muscle growth and it's more for just burning calories with Circuit training in more of a HITT style ?

If you ask me, it's really hard to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, but website called Agoge Diet is great for that. They also calculate your BMI and calorie intake for FREE and provide you with diet meal plan and training plan.
