No need to stand up, no jumps or anything hardcore. It’s somehow hardcore – but not in the horrible way. If you fall on your bum during the first exercise, don’t worry haha. I did to the first time!

Omg it was hard!! After working out for almost 4 years I've found this one hard. But the workout is slow and hard also the sky and ocean and your outfit makes it so soothing to watch. The ocean waves were cherry on top 🤍🤍🤍

I have been exercising with Pamela for half a year. Although it has only been half a year, I have lost weight and become strong. With the habit of exercising, I no longer force myself to exercise, but focus on the present. Loved watching Pamela.

Never did an exercise make me feel so graceful and peaceful as Elegant Hold did. By far my favorite type of hold and also my new favorite low-impact workout! Pam never ceases to amaze me.
